The unit is a 3 1/2 plus a balcony. The ceilings are 12 feet high in the lounge and also in the bedroom. There is also air conditioning and an alarm system. There is the possibility of two parking garages if necessary ($ 175 per month each).

There is a bedroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with a glass shower. The finish of the floors are in dark maple. The kitchen cabinets are Italian-inspired in thermoplastic finishing with marble floors and counters. The appliances are stainless steel. There is a top-end washer / dryer in red.

The unit will be rented with all the furniture (ie leather sofa bed, Barcelona chairs, glass tables, dressers, TV (Sony Bravia 40 "), Blu-Ray player, etc.). Electricity, heating, air conditioning, internet, cable and telephone will be included as well as dishes, bedding and kitchen utensils.
