Anna Maria Island is an unspoiled paradise just one hour south of Tampa, at the mouth of Tampa Bay. It is far enough from the city to be un-crowded, yet close enough to take advantage of the amenities of a City, like major league sports, theatre etc. Anna Maria is a 7 1/2 mile long barrier island. It is very unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels. Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts. It is unlike anything else in Florida.

Coquina: a small, colorful tasty clam that buries into the sand when washed ashore. (And, seems to be liked by sand pipers.) Coquina Beach Club: a small friendly condominium situated on the beach where you may enjoy a colorful vacation snoozing, swimming, sun tanning, or shelling. If you desire more color in life, depart for the fishing piers, shop, rent a boat, and try parasailing over the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico

Deposits – $300 one week or less, $500 month.

Performance/Damage deposit required to secure the reservation. Deposit is payable by Visa or Master Card.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Performance/Damage deposit is required to secure the reservation.
Deposit returned after phone bill is received. Allow 45 days.

Utilities – Included in weekly rents and during winter season.

Check-In: 3:00 pm
Check-Out: 10:00 am

Rent Tax & Cleaning due 30 days prior to arrival, and is quoted as a cash price.

Note – Not all units have all amenities. Rates are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Performance/damage deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
